Every employer has a lawful obligation under our OHS/WHS Regulations to regularly source knowledge to assist in providing a safe workplace. This newsletter fulfils that obligation if you open it. Your defence lawyer will be very pleased if you can show an effective record of receipt and opening to present in your defence should the job go "pear shaped".
