THE SMARTER SAFETY TRADING TERMS

30% Progress Payment prior to upload to your SmarterScreen and 40% on system completion
All invoices are due and payable 14 days from invoice date.
Your business SmarterScreen portal and all it’s electronic applications are supplied as part of your annual support
Under the Act, your business is responsible for ALL employees including working directors, managers, supervisors, clerical, administration, sub-contractors, volunteers plus all full time, part time and casual workers
Annual Support is based on the total number of employees including working directors, managers, supervisors, clerical, administration, sub-contractors, volunteers plus all full time, part time and casual workers in the business at the time of each annual anniversary with the base being the number at the time of the initial installation
Cloud data storage fee is waived for first year and then charged at $10 per week invoiced annually in advance
Annual support inclusive of online access and cloud storage are indexed to CPI annually
System is supplied in your jurisdiction compliance authority format. Individual enhancements are not available other than Smarter Safety personalisation protocols.

THE SMARTER SAFETY IMS CREATION PROCESS
You complete the "Agreement to Proceed" online and submit it, then transfer your 30% deposit via EFT and email the bank transaction detail document to roger@smartersafety.com.au
On receipt of the completed Agreement To Proceed and EFT transaction details Smarter Safety sends you six (6) questionnaires for you to complete and return. This is also when your Support Program commences
When all 7 questionnaires are in our hands we slot your system into our build schedule and endeavor to have the system completed, uploaded and useable within 14 days of receiving the questionnaires
While we are building the system you will receive instructions to set up your people as "Users" on SmarterScreen and then to upload all your plant details to your online Plant Register to enable Risk Assessments to be completed.
